How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3-5 working days.
▪️All products are sent from Japan.
▪️Items will arrive within 8-15 days depending on your country of residence.
Delivery has registration and tracking.

What is registered shipping?
Registered Shipping lets you know the current status of your shipment via email.
If you are not at home, the package will be re-delivered in accordance with your instructions.
Your package will be returned if you do not contact post office after the hold period to request a new delivery.

What happens if my package is returned?
You can ask us to deliver again by paying a delivery fee.
(Shipping is $7.00 without registration, $9.00 with registration）

Where is your product manufactured?
All products are made in Japan.
Posters are made in Kyoto, Japan.

What if the product has damage?
Shipping damage is covered by the shipping company.
Please send us photos of damaged items.

What are the return conditions?
Buyer can return or exchange this item.
Buyer must return item within 7 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
