• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are processed within 3-5 working days. ▪️All products are sent from Japan. ▪️Items will arrive within 8-15 days depending on your country of residence. Delivery has registration and tracking. （Delivery progress will be sent to your email.）

• What is registered shipping?

  Registered Shipping lets you know the current status of your shipment via email. If you are not at home, the package will be re-delivered in accordance with your instructions. Your package will be returned if you do not contact post office after the hold period to request a new delivery. ＊Please check your email as there is no guarantee in this case.

• What happens if my package is returned?

  You can ask us to deliver again by paying a delivery fee. (Shipping is $7.00 without registration, $9.00 with registration）

• Where is your product manufactured?

  All products are made in Japan. Posters are made in Kyoto, Japan.

• What if the product has damage?

  Shipping damage is covered by the shipping company. Please send us photos of damaged items.

• What are the return conditions?

  Buyer can return or exchange this item. Buyer must return item within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
