YaQar by Grace is a labor of love. As the lone designer at YaQar by Grace, I personally complete every step of the meticulous process; from the sourcing of metals and gemstones to the packaging and eventual shipping of your one of a kind piece. My artisan jewelry is Unique, Simple, and Elegant made from tarnish resistant Silver, Gold, & Brass. My Gemstones are sourced from all over the world guaranteeing the Highest Quality! All items are handmade with love and no two pieces are alike. That's the beauty of YaQar by Grace; the ability to give each individual that one of a kind touch.

YaQar by Grace has been in the making since I was 12 years old; I just didn't know it yet. Out of necessity, I did my own hair and nails growing up. I eventually got so good at my craft that I ended up with a few clients. My parents didn’t buy me expensive clothing, so I learned to use the sewing machine and made my own Set Apart clothing. I again, got so good that people wanted me to make them high quality clothing too. When I moved into my first apartment, I knew that I wanted the décor to represent who I was and my own taste but how could I afford it? Knowing by this time that I was good with my hands and design details, I decided to D.I.Y my own decor using gently used items, and inexpensive items from craft stores. I was very pleased with the outcome and so were my friends. They started placing orders immediately for my handmade home decor as well.

Then, in 2016 I had an event to attend and wanted the perfect Jewelry Set that would stand out in the crowd. I purchased a few PDF’s on jewelry making and bought some tools and got to work. Let me tell you my first piece was a conversation piece, not sure if the conversation was good or bad but people were talking. I realized that I had found my passion. I didn't just need to make jewelry out of necessity, but I WANTED to make jewelry. From that day forward, I was on a quest to learn everything I could on jewelry making. The learning never ends.
