YaQar by Grace is a labor of love. As the lone designer at YaQar by Grace, I personally complete every step of the meticulous process; from the sourcing of metals and gemstones to the packaging and eventual shipping of your one of a kind piece. My artisan jewelry is Unique, Simple, and Elegant made from tarnish resistant Silver, Gold, & Brass. My Gemstones are sourced from all over the world guaranteeing the Highest Quality! All items are handmade with love and no two pieces are alike. That's the beauty of YaQar by Grace; the ability to give each individual that one of a kind touch.
YaQar by Grace has been in the making since I was 12 years old; I just didn't know it yet. Out of necessity, I did my own hair and nails growing up. I eventually got so good at my craft that I ended up with a few clients. My parents didn’t buy me expensive clothing, so I learned to use the sewing machine and made my own Set Apart clothing. I again, got so good that people wanted me to make them high quality clothing too. When I moved into my first apartment, I knew that I wanted the décor to represent who I was and my own taste but how could I afford it? Knowing by this time that I was good with my hands and design details, I decided to D.I.Y my own decor using gently used items, and inexpensive items from craft stores. I was very pleased with the outcome and so were my friends. They started placing orders immediately for my handmade home decor as well.
Then, in 2016 I had an event to attend and wanted the perfect Jewelry Set that would stand out in the crowd. I purchased a few PDF’s on jewelry making and bought some tools and got to work. Let me tell you my first piece was a conversation piece, not sure if the conversation was good or bad but people were talking. I realized that I had found my passion. I didn't just need to make jewelry out of necessity, but I WANTED to make jewelry. From that day forward, I was on a quest to learn everything I could on jewelry making. The learning never ends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. -

CARE INSTRUCTIONS Remove jewellery before swimming or showering - chlorine, some soaps and just immersing in water, may cause damage to your gemstones or their settings;\u2028 Remove jewellery before sleeping - tossing and turning in your sleep puts excess strain on your jewellery, causing it to become loose or even break;\u2028 Only put on your jewellery after perfume and/or hair care products have dried - these may cause breakdown of the stones;\u2028 Store in a dark place, out of direct sunlight, in a pouch, ziplock bag, or jewellery box - sunlight may cause fading of stones and the humidity in the air can cause tarnishing to silver. BE CAREFUL when using polishes and tarnish removers around your gemstones, as these can cause your gemstones to become dull and fade. To ensure that your Hematite is kept shiny it can be polished gently with a jewellery cloth.
