How long will it take to receive my order?
Free Shipping.
We ship The Item Worldwide by the International E-packet. We'll dispatch The Parcel within 1-4 business day after receiving the buyer’s clear payments by Paypal. It's estimated to take 15-20 working days to receive it by International mail. Customers can track it according to the Waybill Number.

Need I pay the customs tax?
No. Customers needn’t pay any tax.

What if my purchase is out of stock after the order has been placed?
If your order is out of stock, we will contact you right away and offer either a payment refund or an item exchange.

For urgent orders, is it possible to ship by DHL?
Yes. We can. For urgent orders we also ship by DHL which takes 4 to 6 working days world wide or by Fedex world wide. Both express shipping are available at an additional cost. Send me a message before purchasing if you want to upgrade your shipping method.

How to choose the suitable shoes sizes?
Please compare the detailed sizes before you buy. If your foot is wide, it is recommended to buy one more size.
