Items must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, animal hair or any other signs of wear to be returned. Original bag preferred. Stock and Special Order Items: Unless otherwise stated, stock and special order items may be returned for store credit, less applicable fees. No refunds are issued. Final Sale/Custom Items: No returns or exchanges. Accessories: Accessories are final sale items, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Because all items, including standard sizes, are custom made, we are unable to accept "buy more, get one free" purchases.
