Refunds and Exchanges My Dear Brides!
To make your Bridal experience as smooth as possible, I will assist you from the beginning and answer your questions and provide my advice until you receive your dress. But that's not the end. Also, if you have any questions or problems after receiving your dress, please let me know and I will do my best to keep in touch with you. You can also find many answers in my policy below about after-sales process.
❤ I am a tailor and I do not stock clothes. All my dresses are made to order and I will make them according to your custom size and your custom request (if any). I strictly follow the size received and try to meet your custom request (if any) as much as possible. That's why it is very important to me if you follow my measurement instructions and get them with the help of a professional tailor.
❤ All my professional efforts and care are to make your dress fit you perfectly and the most important part of providing this is to take the most accurate measurements. That's why it is very important to me if you follow my measurement instructions.
However, due to the nature of custom orders, you may need some modifications when you receive your dress. I recommend that you make the modifications according to your budget with the help of a local tailor.
❤ When you receive your dress, if there is something that you are not satisfied with, you must notify me within 3 days after receiving the package, let's talk and understand the problem.
If it is a mistake on my side, then I can accept returns for repair, re-making or full refund. The dress should be returned new, unworn, in good condition (no dirt, no perfume, no lipstick, no odor, no stains, no damage, etc.) and with the original packaging. The return needs to be done within 3 days after the return agreement is reached.
But please understand that I cannot refund the return shipping cost.
Also, I cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
❤ If your event is cancelled or you change your mind.
❤ If you give me the wrong size.
❤ If you complain that "the size of the dress I made is not the same as the size you sent me", then you should provide me with photos of you wearing the dress with a measuring tape with the help of a professional tailor.
❤ If your size has changed due to loss.
❤ If your dress is damaged due to wrong ironing or washing methods.
❤ If you provided me with wrong shipping details.
❤ If you contact me about your problem more than 3 days after receiving the package.
❤ If you return the dress within 3 days after agreeing to return it.
❤ If you don't like the style, I cannot accept returns or refunds.
Please understand that if you are unsure about the style, I recommend that you go to a local bridal salon and try on a dress of similar style. This will help you make your final decision.
Expedited service fees are non-refundable.
❤ Custom orders are non-refundable.
Definition of a custom order: All orders made to custom sizes or custom requirements are custom orders.
❤ For any reason, if a custom order (non-expedited) is requested to be cancelled within 7 days of order placement, then I can only refund 80% of the order amount.
But after 7 days, custom orders may not be cancelled.
Please note:
While I try to represent online colors as accurately as possible, I cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations in lighting and reflections on the original photo and differences in computer monitors and printers may cause the color tone to differ slightly from the actual fabric.
