Moonflower Fairy Cosplay Ensemble

This is a full costume, including multiple pieces. The design is completely original, with the theme: Moonflower Fairy.
Upcycled from two separate dresses given to SLC, this costume includes a slip, short-skirted fairy dress, detachable petal skirts, wings, and fascinator (mini hat or hair piece). Working with a theme of the night-blooming Moonflower, the dress has central front and back panels of blue satin, an extra-long back tail, and suggestions of flower petals everywhere - the layered sleeve caps, the artfully-shredded tulle middle layer, the detachable wired petal skirts, and the embroidery. The pearls are hand-couched, with additional hand-beading on the skirt. There is a lightweight slip underneath made of cotton and lace, which can be adjusted so that it either shows below the outer skirts or stays hidden. The wings are embellished with lace, ribbon, and jewels, and feature fabric-covered wires which may be slipped under the dress or sandwiched into a corset if one is worn underneath. It comes with a fascinator with an alligator-style clip to either attach to any hairstyle or be slipped over a hat band or headband.
Measurements appx 46 bust and 42-44 waist, additional measurements available on request. The model is maxed out at bust size 45 and there is still room around the waist and hips, there is no boning in the bodice to keep it flexible and comfortable. May be paired with a structural corset underneath but it isn't necessary.
This costume is not machine washable due to the tulle and delicate beadwork - hand-wash or dry-clean only. The wings and petal skirts are fully detachable.
Ths is a one-of-a-kind design, no copy will ever be produced due to the fabrics used. Once it's gone, it's gone! Design by SLC, contact us for information and permissions.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Absolutely! But shipping charges and local taxes, tariffs, and custom fees must be paid by the customer. Please be aware that choosing First Class International shipping has no guarantee of receipt and no insurance to cover loss. Please strongly consider Priority International shipping for tracking, insurance, and guarantees that the package will not be lost.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders (first class and Priority) have a 3-5 business day guarantee with tracking. International orders may take 6-10 days, or over 2 weeks for first class international.
Do you do custom orders or commissions?
We do! Commissions are SLC's primary business. Contact us directly via email to discuss custom orders, make sure to include reference pics for specific cosplay commissions. See our website (strangelandcostumes.com) for a portfolio of past commissions and examples of our work.
What we can't promise is that we can remake something featured in our shop in a different size. Most items in the shop are one-of-a-kind and we will never be able to get the same fabric again. What we can do is copy a design but make it in a different fabric, in which case we would treat it as a commission and use our own reference to properly copy it. Whatever the reason, we've got you covered!
