• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely! But shipping charges and local taxes, tariffs, and custom fees must be paid by the customer. Please be aware that choosing First Class International shipping has no guarantee of receipt and no insurance to cover loss. Please strongly consider Priority International shipping for tracking, insurance, and guarantees that the package will not be lost.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders (first class and Priority) have a 3-5 business day guarantee with tracking. International orders may take 6-10 days, or over 2 weeks for first class international.

• Do you do custom orders or commissions?

  We do! Commissions are SLC's primary business. Contact us directly via email to discuss custom orders, make sure to include reference pics for specific cosplay commissions. See our website (strangelandcostumes.com) for a portfolio of past commissions and examples of our work. What we can't promise is that we can remake something featured in our shop in a different size. Most items in the shop are one-of-a-kind and we will never be able to get the same fabric again. What we can do is copy a design but make it in a different fabric, in which case we would treat it as a commission and use our own reference to properly copy it. Whatever the reason, we've got you covered!
