Comfortable cotton shirts that show off your love of fandom! Short-sleeved button-downs are usually known as bowling shirts or Hawaiian shirts, but no bowling or surfing is required here.
Made of 100% cotton, these shirts are cut for a loose fit in chest and waist, with front buttons to be worn either closed or open. Most shirts are cut to fit chest sizes up to 48" but finishes with some room for larger sizes. Some smaller sizes with chest 38-42" are available, as is an XL over 50". Additional measurements such as length and shoulder width can be provided upon request.
All fabrics are pre-washed for color-fastness and shrinkage, and can be washed and ironed easily. Every shirt is one-of-a-kind, so once it sells it's gone - and some fabric prints are out of print so that's forever!
Licensed cotton accents are cut from remnant fabrics in the workshop. Custom orders may be possible - contact SLC directly to negotiate a custom project.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Absolutely! But shipping charges and local taxes, tariffs, and custom fees must be paid by the customer. Please be aware that choosing First Class International shipping has no guarantee of receipt and no insurance to cover loss. Please strongly consider Priority International shipping for tracking, insurance, and guarantees that the package will not be lost.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders (first class and Priority) have a 3-5 business day guarantee with tracking. International orders may take 6-10 days, or over 2 weeks for first class international.
Do you do custom orders or commissions?
We do! Commissions are SLC's primary business. Contact us directly via email to discuss custom orders, make sure to include reference pics for specific cosplay commissions. See our website (strangelandcostumes.com) for a portfolio of past commissions and examples of our work.
What we can't promise is that we can remake something featured in our shop in a different size. Most items in the shop are one-of-a-kind and we will never be able to get the same fabric again. What we can do is copy a design but make it in a different fabric, in which case we would treat it as a commission and use our own reference to properly copy it. Whatever the reason, we've got you covered!
