Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Although we do accept international orders, shipping rates will be unusually high for international orders until we figure out a cheap/effective means of handling international shipping. We apologize for this inconvenience but we are working on fixing this as we grow. Thanks for your understanding.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International order could take 1 to 2 weeks. If you do not receive your order please reach out to us at info@pingrove.press.
