• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, anywhere in the world is fine! Note that I am located in Canada.

• What shipping method do you use?

  In order to keep shipping costs low, I ship using regular shipping, without tracking. Buttons and keychains are shipped with sturdy backing in a regular envelop if size/number is small, or in a padded envelop if multiple are ordered. Medium prints are shipped in a large flat envelop with cardboard backing so it doesn't fold. Large prints must be shipped in a tube to prevent damage. Due to this, shipping cost is affected. Be aware if you live in Canada that Canada Post requires mandatory tracking on packages within Canada, so if you buy a large print, shipping might be more expensive.

• Is a tracking number provided with orders?

  In order to keep shipping costs low, there is no tracking number. (With the exception of large prints to Canada, as Canada Post makes it mandatory to have tracking on packages sent from Canada to Canada). If you would like tracking of another method of shipping, contact me and we will work something out.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Within Canada, around one week. Within the US, about two weeks. In other countries, it could take two to four weeks depending on location. Note that current events may also cause a delay.
