• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 7 to 20 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• I Just Placed An Order When Will It Arrive?

  Our products are shipped by our supplier so it depends. If the product is in stock, we normally process the order within 7 business days from the date of your order, but sometimes it can take longer. Once your order is shipped, our supplier will notify us and send us the tracking link. If you do not receive your tracking information from us within 7-20 business days of your order, please contact us. We will try our best to make it right. It can take 4-7 days for your product to arrive or it can take longer.

• Oh No, I Messed Up On My Shipping Address And/Or Size And/Or Color! Can I Change It?

  If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to address the issue. However, we can't make any promises. All of our products are usually processed quickly. If your product has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use or is shipped somewhere else.

• But Wait! My Tracking Number Doesn't Work...Are You A Scam?

  No, we are not a scam. If your order was just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to update correctly on the tracking site. Thank you for ordering from Daily Dealz and Stealz!

• Damages

  Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged item. Buyer pays return shipping fee or keep the product and agree to refund with the seller.
