Store FAQ

• Where is the store based?

  The store - and myself - are located in Hungary.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure thing! I ship my things from Hungary. Worldwide shipping is available for all products.

• Why do you accept PayPal only?

  I trust PayPal, and for my customers and my own safety, this is the only payment which is available here. It's system is stable, sending payments is quick and secure.

• How do you package my orders?

  Paintings, prints and stickers are packaged in plastic/celophane sleeves. Prints and original artworks come in flat cardboard or bubble mailers. Crafts will be sealed in plastic sleeves or packed in the box with foam or paper. I am trying to use more recycled and eco-friendly packaging in the future, but I don't want my remaining packaging go to waste.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once I receive your order, I assemble your package. In 3 to 5 business days I will send your package. European shipping delivery may take 1 to 3 weeks, international shipping outside the EU takes 2 to 12 weeks. With tracking, this could be quicker.

• I haven't received my package!!!

  First of all, be sure to check that your address was correct! For every package I send, I provide a tracking number. If you received a shipment notification, you can track it from any tracking site. Unfortunately there is no 100% guarantee that the carrier or the post offices won't make mistakes. This is not so frequent but may happen. If the package will come back to me, I will send you again with no additional shipping cost for you. Sometimes orders are held at your local post office, sometimes they deliver the package to the wrong door. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
