• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks. (Usually sooner than later!:)

• Are your stickers vinyl?

  Our stickers are not vinyl. They are printed on durable, high quality glossy paper, but are not waterproof! Sticker Bento Stickers are for indoor use only.

• How can I submit a design for printing?

  Sticker Bento always welcomes new designers! To submit a design for sticker approval, email your file(s) to [email protected]. Please be sure that your file resolution is at least 2000x2000 pixels to ensure good print quality, and that the file type is either PNG, TIFF, or PSD. All designs should be centered on a transparent background (Unless of course you wish to include a solid shape background such as a square or circle) If your design is approved, you will receive an email within a week of submission to inform you of any next steps. Not all submisison emails will be answered immediately, but that does not mean that your design has not been approved! Emails are answered in the order they are received, and sometimes it takes a little extra time to receive a reply. <3 Note: Stickers designs will be imported into a cut document exactly as they are received in order to protect the artist's work from accidental alteration. Please do not include any cutlines or extra marks in any fully rendered file. If your design requires a specified cutline, please be sure to send it as a working PSD with the cutline in a separate layer to ensure an accurate design cut.

• Will my order include a tracking number?

  Tracking for small parcels often costs more than the parcel itself. To keep shipping affordable on both ends, tracking will not be included in standard shipping. There is now an option to upgrade to a tracked parcel and padded envelope for customers residing in the US. :) It is very rare that a parcel does not make it to it's destination on time, but if you ever have any problems with your order, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible!:)

• What kind of designs can I submit ?

  Sticker Bento does not accept designs of an explicit NSFW nature, and does not allow profanity or full nudity in order to keep each sticker pack appropriate for all audiences. Fan art is discouraged due to copyright laws, but is accepted in certain instances.
