• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How long will it take for my item to be shipped?

  Please allow 3 to 5 business days for items to be completed and shipped. Please keep in mind all items are made as they are ordered. All items are shipped priority or first class and tracking numbers are provided. Expedited services are available for extra.

• What if I never receive my package?

  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number indicate it was delivered. We are not responsible if you provide the wrong address/ If your package is returned back to us you will be responsible for the cost to have the package re shipped.

  Bags can be spot cleaned with soap and water.

• What forms or payment is accepted? Is payment secure?

Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. Please note that making payment with your bank account via PayPal will cause delays. Order processing will not begin until funds have cleared.
