Store FAQ

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Still waiting for your order to be shipped? We're getting to it as fast as we can! Nyx and Bee run the store from home and pack and send orders as fast as possible, but if we're crazy busy filming content for you we might fall a little behind. Give us a little nudge by email if you want to, but we guarantee we'll get orders shipped as soon as we can. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. PRE-ORDERS ONLY: If you purchase an item on pre-order, it could take up to six weeks to be shipped (or longer, but we'll specify). It might be shipped faster if you're lucky, but it's down to production time. We'll let you know in the description of each pre-order item how long you should expect it to take!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We are actually based in the UK, so shipping in the UK is cheaper, and shipping to Europe is quicker, but we'll ship anywhere in the world.

• What if I want to buy something not yet on sale?
