• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! However this option is dependant on the product item and its location. For further information, please check the information on the product page as some items cannot be shipped to or outside the US. We've have workshops located in China, U.S, Australia and the UK. Therefore certain products on our store may be shipped from either location. So if you're unable to find the product location information on our product page and want to confirm delivery, please email us first.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We use all our resources that best match your location and orders. On average International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks when choosing the free shipping option. If you require Expedited shipping to speed up the delivery of your order, you can select this option at the Checkout process. If the Expedited shipping option isn't available at the time of your purchase, please contact me. Please note that delivery times exclude the handling times that we need to process your order.
