• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we do offer international shipping. You will notice shipping costs on one candle are the same as six because of the US Postal Service rate structure so it is advantageous to order more than 1 candle. We have seen international orders take anywhere between 1 and 4 weeks so we cannot guarantee arrival by a certain date.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We will have your order in the mail the next business day at the latest. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 6 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Normal Delivery Expectations Within The USA Are: • FedEx Ground or Home Delivery: Delivery within 1 to 7 business days + 24 hours to process the order. • USPS First Class Mail: Delivery within 1 to 5 business days + 24 hours to process the order. • USPS Priority Mail: Delivery within 1 to 3 business days + 24 hours to process the order.

• Is there anywhere I should not use this candle?

  The candle should not be lit: 1-Within 3 feet of humans and pets. 2-On a cake with expensive tablecloth below it. If "a windy person" blows the mini candles out strongly, colored wax may get on the tablecloth or wood surface. 3-Near flammable items such as drapes or oxygen tanks. 4-In windy areas like under a ceiling fan or outdoors. 5-Where there's risk of setting off a sprinkler or alarm system. And lastly, AFTER the candle is used, make sure nothing is hot by running water over it and throw it away. Small parts may become choking hazards for humans or pets.
