• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yup! Kritures are colonizing the earth.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most european orders take 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Some countries may take more, but all orders have a tracking number, so you can follow your order online.

• Payment Policy

  ♦ If you need to pay any other way than paypal, please let me know. ♦ Payment must be completed within 72 hours of purchase or the transaction will be cancelled! ♦ The item will be shipped when full payment has been received. ♦ I accept bank transfers if you use a Portuguese bank account.

• Combined Shipping

  ♦ Soft Kritures are very lightweight, if you shop for more than two, please let me send you an invoice to adjust the shipping.

• Shipping Policy

  ♦ Goods will be shipped within three work days or less, after receiving full payment. ♦ I will pack everything carefully for shipping in pretty wrapping paper and nice looking packaging. I believe that buyers need to feel they are purchasing a gift for themselves. ♦ All prices listed have insurance and are registered. If you choose unregistered shipping, I can not be held responsible for lost items during the transit process. ♦ I am not responsible for any Custom, Duty, or Tax payment that may be included on your purchase. ♦ Feedback is very welcome

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• Insurance and Tracking Number

  If you are interested in insurance or tracking please find this item in the store and add to your basket. Only one is needed per order, but royal mail charges insurance and tracking on top of the normal price.
