Refund vs Exchange vs Store Credit?
Since our items have special release dates and/or sell out quickly, it is recommended to return your items for a refund after you place an order for the items you are wanting. If you wish to exchange, please note your exchange choice on the return invoice. If you wish to get store credit instead of a refund, please note this on your invoice. -
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! Please tell me that you are in another country prior to price quotes. All prices are quoted as if I were shipping inside the U.S. If not we have to pay the shipper first. And I will apologize for the high prices now. . . -
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, type of delivery and of course the time of year. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
