• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• What is your policy on exchanges?

  You can return unworn, unused items within 5 days of ship date for an exchange. On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the exchange, also include name of item, size and color. Items must have all tags attached. Please be aware if the garment not returned in original condition (ie. cigarette smoke, odors, perfume scent, deodorant stains, makeup, jewelry or ring snags) as determined by Push the Envelope staff the garment will be returned to you.

• What sizes you carry?

• How much is shipping?

  Shipping is generally a flat $6.00 except for larger purchases. Jewelry only purchases and all orders that total over $75.00 ship for free. Purchases are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of being received on business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
