Why is your international shipping so expensive?
To be completely honest, we take a loss on shipping.
International shipping varies per country, and we have selected a flat rate of $9.50 (USD) to ship anywhere outside of the US.
We send all of our orders with USPS First Class Parcel because this has guaranteed the most deliveries without damages for us with previous orders. We also guarantee to give each international order a tracking number.
Most international shipping rates will be more expensive than the $9.50 (USD), and we cover the rest of the cost out of our own pocket.
We apologize if you feel the shipping rates are too high. This is this most economical option for us.

What if my package gets lost?
Unfortunately, we are a small company. We do not refund orders that are lost in transit. We don't provide insurance when shipping your orders, it's too costly. So once they've left our hands, it's up to USPS to get your package to you.
If your package is marked "Delivered," and wasn't, please contact your local post office to see if it's being held for "Pick-up." They're sometimes improperly scanned into the system, and the they just need to be notified in order to find your package.
If your package is lost, please file a report with your local post office and this will often help with relocating it. You may also be able to select a "Text Alert Option," where the post office will update you via text message with where your package is.
