• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Each product is made to order and can take up to 7 business days to make. Most are shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

• What shirts do you print on?

• What material are your mugs?

• How are your T-Shirts, Mugs and Tote Bags Printed? What technology is used to print on t-shirts (and any fabric product)?

  Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create photo quality prints, the amount of colors used doesn't affect pricing. We use the Brother GT 381 printer for all DTG printed garments.

• How durable are DTG printed shirts compared to Screen Printed shirts?

  Our experience shows us that DTG printed shirts are just as durable as screen printed shirts when it comes to washability.

• What type of ink do you use?

  We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

• I only received one item from my order, what's happening?

  If you order a T-Shirt and a mug, they may ship out separately because of printing time variations. Don't worry, you will get everything you ordered.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact me directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.

• What are your shipping rates?

  USA Rates - Shipping time 3-5 days USPS T-Shirts, Tank Tops and Tote Bags are $5 for the first one and .75 for each additional shirt. Mugs are $6.95 and $5.00 for each additional mug Canada Rates - Shipping time 5-10 days T-Shirts, Tank Tops and Tote Bags are $8 for the first one and $1.00 for each additional shirt. Mugs are $10.95 and $7.00 for each additional mug World Wide Rates - Shipping time 10-20 days T-Shirts, Tank Tops and Tote Bags are $10 for the first one and $1.00 for each additional shirt.
