• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Her Sweet Embrace ships from Ontario, Canada to worldwide!

• Do you do custom orders?

• How much is shipping?

  Canada & US: $5.00 USD Additional items: +$1.50 USD Everywhere else: $7.50 USD Additional items: +$1.50 USD

• Do you ship tracked?

  Standard shipping does not include tracking. If you require tracking, please Contact me.

• What kind of payments do you accept?

  I accept payment by credit card / debit card through Stripe and Paypal.

• When will my order be shipped out?

  All orders are mailed within 5 working days of your payment clearing. Should there be any unforeseen events that make it unable for me to mail your order out within 5 working days, I will let you know.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How should I take care of my Her Sweet Embrace items?

  Small items are not suitable for children as it will not stand up to vigorous play and they include small parts that could easily be swallowed. Please handle them with care. Do not wash any product under running water or submerge it in water. If the item gets dirty please use a slightly damp cloth to clean it gently and leave it to air dry completely before use.
