  >We CANNOT be responsible for lost packages en route as this is beyond our control. Please also double check the Ship-To address before submitting your order, as we will not be responsible for sending to an incorrect address provided by a customer.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 6 WEEKS to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If not, please do not hesitate to contact us. We shall do whatever we can to help you! *Keep in mind that the shipping is SPLIT SHIPPING, every item will be shipped separately-

• How long does it takes to ship my order out?

  Orders need 1-7 days to ship!

• I only received part of my order

  If you received only part of your order, please don't worry! Most of our items are shipped out separately. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE REST OF YOUR ORDER IN ANOTHER PACKAGE/PACKAGES.

• Can I cancel my order?

  YES! You can only cancel the order if the item/items has NOT been shipped. If they have been shipped YOU CAN NOT cancel.

• Can I pay for faster Delivery?

  NO. Sometimes shipments get delay by shipping companies and cause items to arrive late, Since sellers has NO CONTROL over that issue, we decided not to offer upgrades of shipping.

• Who will pay for customs/taxes?

  If there is an import tax, buyer must be responsible for paying for it.
