• How will I receive my reading?

  ***Currently, video readings are closed. All readings will be in PDF form.*** When ordering, I ask that you include which format you would like your reading done in. The first choice is a text and picture PDF document. If, for some reason, you cannot open the document, please contact me so I can find a file type that will work for you. The second is a recorded video reading. I upload these to my YouTube account and send you the link. You will remain anonymous in the video. Names will be not be given in full and, instead, will be referred to by initials only. Unless you ask for the video to be private or the reading contains sensitive information, it will be made available to the public on my YouTube account. If no choice is given in the order, you will receive a PDF of your reading via email.

• Are there any readings you will not do?

  I will not give readings on legal or medical matters. I retain the right to refuse any reading I am uncomfortable doing. If this is the case, the querent will be notified and given the opportunity for and guidance to a more appropriate question. Disclaimer: Readings are for entertainment purposes only and any statements within are based on my opinion. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, as I am not a licensed professional, including (but not limited to) legal, medical, psychological, career, or financial guidance. I assume no liability for any actions taken, or the consequences of any actions, based the content of your readings.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  For electronic or video readings, please allow at least 7 days for your reading to be sent. If you elect to have a hand written reading, please allow 7 days for the reading to be written and shipped. Shipping times differ from place to place, but I have noticed domestic mail tends to take around 2 to 4 days and international mail tends to take 2 weeks or so.

• What decks do you use?

  I have several tarot and oracle decks to pick from. Usually, I choose which deck to use with my intuition, but if you would prefer a specific deck, please indicate this in your order.
