  Dear customers, thanks for visiting my store, we are a factory which provides Custom Made Wedding Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses. Our factory was built on 2007. We know that every special dress is very important for our customer, so, we are trying our best to provide dear you good quality products and good service. If dear you have any question, please email me, i will reply you within 12 hours. How we make the dress for you? Because all of our dresses are handmade, so, it will take around 15-17 days to finish your dress after we get the your size, and then around 5-7 days for shipping, that means, you can get the dress about 25 days after you placed order. Because it is handmade, so, we can provide dear you custom sizes, custom colors and also custom styles service, if you have some idea about your dress, welcome to contact us. Also, we can provide rush order service, if you need the dress in a hurry, please choose rush order service, then the dress will be you within the date you need. Payment and shipping: We mainly accept Paypal payment, if you do not have Paypal account, we can also accept credit card payment. For shipping, we mainly use DHL, UPS, EMS, FEDEX etc, that depends on the place you are in.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Estimated Delivery Time: For Special Occasion Dresses, Wedding Dresses: All the dresses are not in stock, whether choosing a standard size or custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch. Now, we need about 12-15 days to processing your order and about 5-7 days for shipping. So, we advise you to expect the delivery to take approximately 17-22 days(some dress with heavy handmade work need around 25 days). For rush order, dress can be finished in 7 days, and then 5-7 days for shipping, So, that means, if you choose rush order, dress will take about 12-14 days to you, your patience means you get the best designs and quality. Definitely worth the wait! For Casual Dresses, you can get the item you ordered about 10 days after you placed order.
