• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Items will usually ship within 1-2 weeks depending on current order volume. Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. Please keep in mind that shipping labels may be created prior to items actual ship date. If you need an item sooner, please keep in mind we offer rush orders for an additional fee.

• Do you take custom orders?

  Yes... and no. Because we are moms first and business owners second, we are not always able to take custom orders. However, if you have an idea for a custom order, please do not hesitate to send us an email - just don't be upset if we are unable to make it happen at that time.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders placed outside of the US at this time.

• Headband Sizing

  Nylon: one size fits all - this stuff is super soft and stretchy. It won't leave marks on your baby's head and will grow as your baby does. Clips: one size fits all! Well... as long as you've got hair or something to clip it to!
