• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. In fact, I am currently based in Tokyo, so please note that "domestic shipping" settings are in fact for Japan. However I will happily ship to the US, and any other country! Please be aware that customs fees may apply at the port of entry depending on your country and the monetary value of your purchase. This fee is not included in shipping and is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check your country's parcel provider website for information on when to expect customs fees. ATTENTION EU and UK CUSTOMERS: starting in 2021, new laws for import customs fees have been put in place. You may be required to pay a fee on your incoming parcel from Japan, regardless of its monetary value. Please check your country's import fees before ordering from Japan.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders (Japan) take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Though they sometimes arrive earlier, please expect international shipping delivery times (US included) to vary between 2 and 12 weeks. *****COVID 19 AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS***** Due to effects of the Coronavirus pandemic international delivery times are greatly delayed. Depending on your country certain items may be restricted from being shipped via airmail and will be sent via surface mail. These deliveries may take over 2 months to be delivered. Please be aware of this possibility and thank you for your understanding.
