Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
B.Trendz makes it a priority to service everybody in the world! -
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped twice a week. Orders placed before 5:00 pm will be shipped the same day, orders places after 5:00 pm will ship the next day. -
What payment methods are accepted ?
B.Trendz accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, & Visa. We also accept PayPal. -
How Do I Cancel My Order ?
Email us with the subject "Canceling Order", BUT to guarantee cancellation make sure it's done within 24 hours of placing your order. -
What company ships your packages?
B.Trendz offers both domestic and international shipping using USPS priority mail. -
How do I know if my package was shipped?
Once your order has been placed you will receive a "Thank You" email. Once your package is leaving the warehouse you will receive an email containing your shipping information.
