• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. I ship worldwide (from Germany).

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Normally, international shipments take between one and three weeks. Sometimes, shipments get stuck in customs. If you you're concerned about the whereabouts of your order, we can arrange tracked shipping.

• When I buy an original artwork, do I acquire the copyright as well?

  No. The copyright remains with me, the artist, which means you may not produce and sell reproductions of the piece or digital copies, or sell the rights for publications. Under no circumstances may you pretend that the artwork was created by anybody other than me.

• How do I determine how much my order weighs to determine shipment rates?

  If in doubt, please ask me. The weight very much depends on what and how much you order, and on the size of the various items. Normally, A5 or A4 prints, postcard books and fanbooks (basically everything that fits into an A4 envelope) ships for the lowest rate. Heavier shipments (containing, say, three or more fanbooks or larger prints) would be more expensive. If you're based in Germany, different rates may apply. Please ask in case you want something shipped to that country.

• Why are there different rates for tracked and untracked shipping?

  In 2019, Deutsche Post/DHL have changed their shipping system, meaning that I can’t send goods as tracked letters anymore. To send them as small parcels, there's an additional fee of around 5US$. Since not everybody wants to pay this, I’ll leave it open to people to choose the tracked or untracked shipping option.
