• When will your Sheldon Plush be back in stock?

  Don't know! I currently don't have the funding to produce any more, but I do hope to in the future. Announcements regarding future plush production will be made on my official website http://www.sheldonthetinydinosaur.com

• Refund Policy

  Refunds are available if your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or was lost. Proof of error, such as a photo or an incomplete delivery tracker, must be provided before you are eligible for a refund. You will be refunded the full cost of the item.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are sent out usually within 1 week of ordering. Please allow for up to 2 weeks during particularly busy periods such as holidays. Orders for T-shirts are shipped with 2-8 days of ordering by Printful. After shipping, delivery usually takes between 3-8 days for US orders, 5-10 for Canada, and 10-20 for everywhere else.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
