• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure, we send in all world.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  For all the products the waiting times are: Europe: delivery in 85% of cases in 8 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) than the day of shipment; Mediterranean Basin: delivery in 85% of cases in 12 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) than the day of shipment; North America and Oceania: delivery in 85% of cases in 16 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) than the day of shipment; Rest of the world: delivery in 85% of cases in 22 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) than the date of shipment.

• what is your shipping policy?

  IMPORTANT,THE PRICE OF SHIPPING SERVICE AND CUSTOMS DUTIES IS OUT OF THE SHOPPING PRICE. when you chose the product, the paypal service add the shipping price I send from italy so i usually use classic italian postal service this method is pretty safe and fast, however, sometimes delays may happen, please be patient ^_^ always check your address before placing the order // I won't take any responsibility of delays or loss of packages in case of wrong/incomplete shipping informations. If you need a more fast or tracking shipping service need a increase on the shipping price ( please send me a message in this case)

• How i can order a tailor made piece?

  You need to send me a private message with the piece you want to pre order, and your measures, and i will create your own piece ^-^ I also suggest to ask by mail if you have any duobt about the measurement of a piece, cause i can help you.

• What will you do to my shipping information?

  We will only use your shipping information for shipping the order to you and we will never share any of your information with any third parties.

• packaging and gift cards

  I pack every order with the greatest care, i always add a thanks gift card personalized hand-drawn by me. If you want to do a gift with a costumized card please tell me in a mail <3

• Quality

  Handmade section : I do all the process of creation and progettation of the clothes, i do all handmade, and work with cure on every piece, but sometimes could happening some mistake, please be patience and send me an e-mail if sometings in your order going wrong. ^-^ Vintage section : I usually check every piece and if there is some hole or some worn i repair it, or i add in the description the problem and some photos in the gallery, so please if the price is cheap read very well the description and watch all the photos

• Customs duties and taxes on imports

  Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs RIGHTS . I am not responsible for any delays by customs controls .

• Can i have a discount on the shipping rates if i buy more than one piece?

  Yes, the shipping price is based by weight but if you contact me we can accord on some discount price ^-^
