• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We ship worldwide!

• How much is shipping?

  Shipping costs are free worldwide! We are not responsible for custom and import duties.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Our headquarters is based in the United States; however, our distributor currently ships from China. Order processing time ranges from up to 7-10 days. Orders from the United States take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2-6 weeks.

• Can I cancel my order?

  You may only cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet.

• I'm missing an item in my package?

  If you ordered multiple products, your order may come in separate shipments.

• What if an item is out of stock?

  If an item is out of stock, you will be refunded for the costs.
