• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  First please ensure your shipping address and telephone number and other info is correct. Most items are processed within 2-4 business days. Generally your orders are shipped via USPS from USA directly and takes 3 to 5 days to arrive unless customs causes a delay for some reason,If you have not received your order within 9 days from your purchase date, please email to: [email protected] or contact customer care section to request a reshipment of your order. If you entered the wrong address on our order form and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and processing charge equal to your original order. Tracking is provided for all orders.

• Miscellaneous details

  All packages are carefully wrapped to ensure safe shipping. Please contact me if the package arrives damaged for a refund or a replacement free of charge. You must report damage within 24 hours of receipt. Please email to me and include a photo of the damage and order ID. Leaving feedback: I love to read the feedback from my customers. If you were not satisfied with your order please contact me before leaving negative feedback so I can do my best to make things right. I want my customers to be happy and love their purchases! If your purchase is a gift for friends, I would be happy to include a card with a hand written note for you. Just let me know.
