• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Why was my order rejected?

  For the protection of both the consumer and the merchant, we reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to, 1) customer name/shipping address not matching the payment method's name/address 2) customer attempts to change shipping address after placing order 3) unusual purchase patterns, such as excessively large orders. If your order is rejected, your payment will be refunded.
