• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! However please contact us first if there will be an additional postage cost as some countries incur high postage.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  For U.S. orders: Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. For International orders: International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks. However, we are not responsible for any taxes, customs duties/fees or any other charges incur by your local post. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

• What payments do you accept?

  We accept all Major credit/debit cards via Paypal. Paypal will only process your payment for us. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment, but signing up for one is recommended but not required.

• Lost Packages and Returned Packages

  Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. If there's any changes or update, please contact us immediately: [email protected] We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premise we are not responsible for delivery of it. For returned packages, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
