• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Shipping will cost more, please take that into account if you are international.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  This store operates on a preorder basis, so I will ship the products after preorders close or stock runs out. If I have the product ready made I will ship it sooner, but at most it may take up to a month to ship. If you have concerns please feel free to contact me!

• I want to buy an art piece you've made but it's not on your website! What should I do?

  Please send me a message via customer support! I'll review and see if I can sell the desired artwork to you. If this image or print is a one-off, it may result in a higher price than normal prints, stickers, or apparel. I will discuss any increase in price with the customer before asking for payment.

• Do you take commissions?

  I do, but not through storenvy- Please message me through my social media links provided, I would be more than happy to discuss with you!

• Why is international shipping so expensive?

  At this time, USPS postal rates are very expensive, and the international rate I've set is based on the USPS rates. When I go to ship the product, if shipping to your country ends up being cheaper than the USPS postal rate, I will refund you the difference. Based on my existing knowledge and use of Storenvy, I cannot opt out of international shipping. I am still in the process of figuring out how to use Storenvy that benefits my customers, so I appreciate your patience!
