• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Shipping is a little more expensive and it'll take a little longer, but we'll send whatever you want wherever you want!

• If I live in Jonesboro, AR, do I have to have my order shipped?

  No, local residents have the option of coming by to pick up their purchase for free or having it dropped off to them for a small fee ($3.00). This option is only guaranteed for shoppers in the Jonesboro, AR area. Call, email, or text us to make these arrangements prior to placing your order.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders received M-F by 2:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after that will be shipped on the next business day. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How do preorders work?

  Preorders allow you to reserve an item in your size before it is received at iExude.com. Any items that are available for preorder will be paid for at the time the order is placed and shipped out as soon as the item is received at iExude.com headquarters. If your order contains more than just the preordered item, then your entire order will be shipped out at the same time.
