When we launched our online store in 2010 we just wanted our blog (The Cocoa Dynasty) and our YouTube followers to be able to have access to accessories that make a statement and the one of a kind jewelry pieces that we create. Because of my passion for fashion, I studied fashion illustration, design and styling in San Francisco but would always get compliments on my jewelry, so I wanted to incorporate similar pieces at an affordable price for our followers. Fashion, art and self-expression are important to this brand, as well as offering pieces that match a style that is true to myself and my southern California roots. Living in the Bay Area and growing up in San Diego, has had heavy influences on my personal style, so our accessories have a mix of urban and beach flair.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Not at this time. Orders place outside of the US will automatically be refunded. -
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 5 business days after order is placed for shipping confirmation. A USPS tracking number will be automatically emailed to, the email address provided through PayPal. Pre-order handmade items, will be shipped after order is produced. -

Cancellations & Refunds
If for whatever reason something is not in stock or on back order, and it is not a pre-order item. The order will be canceled and you will be notified and refunded. Pre-order or handmade items may also be refunded if the item can not be produced and shipped within 5 days of receipt of payment. It is important to us that all orders get shipped out as soon as possible however life can be unpredictable and we would rather refund our customers, then to have them wait an unreasonable amount of time for our merchandise. (Update) December 12, 2019 We have the right to cancel an order at anytime, for any reason deemed necessary. If an order cannot be shipped within 3-5 days, it will be canceled and refunded. If the order is being shipped to a business address or the address cannot be verified by USPS we will reach for an alternate address. If we do not get a response within 48 hours we will refund the order. We are a small business built on integrity, and having our customer's wait for shipment because of "personal matter's" outside of the business, is not a fair trade. -
What does Pre-Order mean?
Pre-orders are either limited or handmade products. Handmade products require an additional 3-5 days processing before shipment. Pre-order items are indicated in the description. -
