Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We cannot accept those orders at this time through this store. Please email david@hardiewear.com and we can talk to you about the process of getting you a specific item and what it would cost.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship out in 1-2 weeks however there are times when I must restock items. At that point shipping may take longer. If there is a specific date that you must have your product in hand, please make a note in your order or send an email to david@hardiewear.com.
At this point in time with my process I do not offer tracking numbers unless specifically requested. I package all items in waves and take them to the post office; I do not generate tracking numbers myself due the variations in package weight/size, however I do receive them from the post office for the entire wave of packages. If the items in a particular wave all ship to the same zip code individual packages can be hard to locate.

Do you accept orders outside of this online store?
The best way to ensure that your order is correctly processed is to go through the online store. I can process orders via email however that is usually where problems occur. Going through the site is much better.
