• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Because shipping rates outside of the US vary so greatly and cost much more than domestic orders, I have to ask a higher cost of shipping to ensure that I am not losing money if you do decide to place your order with me through this website. If you are interested in ordering but want to make sure you pay exact shipping costs, please email me your order with your postal cost and country. Use the email address [email protected] to discuss this further. I am more than happy to help you get your items!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Processing time generally will take anywhere from 1-5 business days. This time depends upon many factors but I do my best to get orders out in a timely manner. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 weeks up to a couple of months. I have no control over the shipment times, so please remember to save your tracking number and you can follow your package's progress.

• What are my options for payment?

  Customers can use Paypal, Credit Cards, or Afterpay to make payments.

• What happens if items are out of stock after I purchase them?

  Occasionally, our stock numbers are off by one or two. This means that sometimes items will be out of stock when you place an order. This isn't typical, but mistakes have happened! If this happens, the cost of the items will be returned to you and I'll make sure to throw in a few extras for the inconvenience. I apologize in advance for any trouble this causes!
