• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Currently we are not accepting orders outside of the US.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• What are Pre-Order Items?

  Pre-Order items are pieces which you may purchase before they are released. These pieces are very popular and sell out quickly. By pre-ordering, you are guaranteeing yourself the item. All pre-order pieces will be available in 10 to 25 business days.

• California Sales Tax?

  Unfortunately we have to and will be charging California sales tax to all CA orders.

• How Do I Care For My Jewelry?

  To prevent tarnish and dulling: - Never wear jewelry in showers, swimming pools, etc. - Never let your jewelry come in contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, etc. (If you wear these, allow them to dry before putting your jewelry on!) - Take off jewelry when washing hands - After wear, wipe with soft cloth and store away in jewelry box or store in separate ziplock bags.
