• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at the moment.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Pretty Weird Art is a "mom and pop" operation, which means we work day jobs that don't allow us normal access to the post office. Typically, when an order is place during a weekday, we will package and mail the order on the following Saturday. We will email purchasers once artwork has been mailed. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. At the moment we do not offer international shipping.

• How do Commissions Work?

  When ordering a commission please email us the following information before you place your order through our store: 1. If there’s a time limit/ deadline for when you need the artwork completed, please include that information to ensure that the work can be completed and mailed on time. 2. Include information about what you would like the artwork to look like. 3. If we are available to take the commission, we will advise you to complete the purchase of it from our store and then the commission process will begin How the commission process works: Normally we work on commissions over the weekends so on the weekend following your order, we will email you a thumbnail sketch for approval. 1. The following weekend (depending on the size and complexity of your request) we will email you again with a shot of the completed work or a shot of the work in progress. 2. If your commission includes full color, extra time may be needed to complete the work. 3. Once the artwork is completed it will be mailed on the following weekend and we will notify you once it’s been mailed. 4. 8.5 x 11 sized work will be mailed in a padded envelope, anything larger will be mailed in a rolled shipping tube. 5. If a commission is for a larger piece of artwork that includes a poster sized print, the order may take a little longer to complete due to us printing the poster through a third party printer.
