• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please note that Customs duties charged for importing goods are the buyer's responsibility.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How do I know the pearls I received are genuine?

• I have never purchased Pearl Jewelry online before and I am a bit worry about the quality.

  This is a valid concern! My customers at my Etsy store share the same worries because they have dealt with some foreign exporters who use stock photos to lure customers and then ship out cheap quality pearls. We do not do that. We indeed will take pictures of the actual products in house and customers can request additional pictures of the product before the shipment. We stood by our product quality 100%.
