We started with a small collection of t-shirts, started some collaborations with tattoo artists, and then added sweatshirts and later all the varsity jackets and accessories. Norvine is inspired by tattoos in general, (tattooed people, fashion, culture, lifestyle, music) and the fast life (do it now and enjoy it no matter what’s the prize, you only live once!).

All of our t-shirts are made in Europe, Fair Trade certified, with the finest high quality cotton, and the newest printing methods which will keep the prints on it forever. I am very proud to say our returns rate is almost equal to zero, which is a proof that our customers are very satisfied with our quality and service.

Hi, my name is Norman Matt and I’m 27. I started with apparel in 2010 in London with the small company “Dusk Clothing”. I had been thinking for awhile that I should start my own own clothing line, to wear what I want and have something I can put all my creativity in. Since there was already a brand in the UK with that name, I had to think of a new name. It was difficult, but I eventually got to the name Norvine. “Nor” is based on my forename, which means “north”, “northern” (referred to North Europe), which is cool. “Vine” doesn’t mean anything in particular. It was hard to find an original, cool, unique and special name which isn’t already taken or sounds too weird in other languages. The first I did was to secure this name internationally. I am honestly really happy that I was forced to change the name, because “Dusk” was a general term and the brand was young and quite unknown, while Norvine is far better and unique!

We’re a smaller, young, dedicated, and lovely team. We’ve got a production facility/warehouse in North and one in South Germany which is where we ship from. We’ve got a partner company in the US in order to offer faster shipping to our customers overseas. Our head office is in Dusseldorf and there is a small representative branch in London UK (which was the head office once). We are international, mentally and logistically.
