• Which courier do you use to ship orders?

  Canada Post/USPS are used to ship orders.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  No we do not, sorry.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Processing your order can take anywhere between 3-5 business days. Once shipped Standard shipping will arrive within 6-12 business days, Expedited within 4-8 business days, and Xpresspost within 2-4 business days. All shipping method arrival times depend on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please note that if you choose Light Packet (4-8 business days) which doesn't include a tracking number, we are not responsible for any lost shipments. To ensure that you are updated with the status and location of your shipment while waiting for arrival, please choose either Standard, Expedited, or Xpresspost. These three shipping methods will all include a tracking number. Thank you.

• How long will my jewelry last?

  14K Gold Filled: Your jewelry will stay bright gold and won't tarnish as long as it isn't exposed to salt water or chlorine. To clean 14K G.F. jewelry, you can use warm water and soap. Gold Tone or Gold Plated: In ideal conditions, your jewelry should last you anywhere from 6 months - 1 year. Please do not expose your jewelry to water or any other form of liquid.

• If I live in Vancouver, B.C. can I pick my pieces up from you directly?

  Of course! You can definitely pick up your jewelry. Please notify me via the contact page on the website and we can set a date and time for pick up. Also please not that prior to pick up dates, a payment must be received via Paypal or EMT. Thank you.
