• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please contact us to get an estimate on shipping and to make sure that jewelry can be sent to your country as some countries do not allow it. Packages can sometimes take weeks to reach you depending on customs and postal service in your country. USPS postal tracking ends once the package leaves the US. After that it is your responsibility to contact your postal service and/or customs, if needed, in your country. Insurance can be very expensive.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12+ weeks.

• What if their is a problem with my order?

  Contact me by email at [email protected] with any questions and I will do my best to sort it out and resolve the issue. However, Toggle Artist Jewelry can not be held liable for packages that are stolen, lost or damaged during shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance please add it in the notes to seller so that it can be added for you. Orders will only be sent to Paypal verified addresses matching the payment information.

• Is there room for negotiation on your pricing?

  No. All prices are firm.No negotiation (haggling).
