Store FAQ

• Where is your studio located?

  My studio is located in Dallas, TX. I hand make everything here from my store.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I ship orders out once per week on Tuesdays depending on inventory and stock. It can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days for an order to be shipped after purchase. Sometimes, I am out of town at a show, so it can vary on these factors. I will always send a message to let you know if there could be a long delay. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of USPS. Canadian shipping times vary from 2-3 weeks max from the time of shipment. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks from when I ship the order. Usually when it takes 8 weeks it's due to holidays.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time.

• Do you take commissions?

  I absolutely do! I normally have an ongoing commission list, so message me here or on my website www.ecurryart.com to schedule a personal commission.

• When do you ship?

  I ship out orders every Tuesday. If your order is received before Sunday at midnight, it will go out the upcoming Tuesday. If after, there is a possibility it won't go out till the following Tuesday.
